He was predeceased by: his parents, Anna and Joe; his brothers, William and Herbert; his daughter Eleanor; and his grandson John.
He is survived by: his close friend Hannah; his children, Teresa and Michael; his children-in-law, Robert, Allene and Wayne; and his grandchildren, Joseph, Blake, Simone and Austen. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and countless others of extended family.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in Milt's honor to the National World War II Museum, the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum, Southern Poverty Law Center, the Audubon Society, or Chabad of Monroe.
