She is survived by: her husband Alberto "Tito" Fernandez; her sons, Omar of Clifton, NJ and Horacio (Laura) of Monroe, NY.; her grandchildren, Omar of Virginia Beach, Virginia, Dante of San Antonio, Texas and Addison of Monroe, NY; and her great grandchildren, Enzo and Max.
