In the soft embrace of remembrance, we recall the profound impact Lourdes had on those she encountered along her journey. Though Lourdes may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, her essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Juana Maria Bruno and Miguel Mendoza; and her siblings, Miguel Mendoza, Jr. and Carmen Ferber. She is survived by: her grandchildren, Richard and Thomas Romero; her husband Robert Lopez of Monroe, NY; and her children, Mark Lopez (Jennie Boyd) of Goshen, NY and Vanessa Lopez-Romero (Luis Romero) of Salisbury Mills, NY.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, December 29th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Smith, Seaman & Quackenbush Funeral Home (117 Maple Ave, Monroe, NY 10950). A funeral Mass will be held on Monday, December 30th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the St. Mary's Church (42 Goshen Ave, Washingtonville, NY 10992).
