It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lewis Jacobus III of Monroe, New York, who passed away on May 14, 2023, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Constance; his children, Bonnie Jean Smith (Thomas), Elizabeth Nooyen (Daniel), Lewis Steven Jacobus (Sandra Gonzalez) and Allison Jacobus; his grandchildren, Weston Smith, James Nooyen and Jennifer Nooyen; and his sister Lillian Psomiadis (Spyros). He was also cherished by extended family including his loving brothers and sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
