She was predeceased by: her parents, William Dempsey and Mary Carey Dempsey; and her sister Ann Badendyck. She is survived by: her husband Robert J. Hartin; her children, Julia McCarthy of Wurtsboro, Michael McCarthy of Las Vegas and Brain Hartin of Brooklyn, NY.; her sisters, Mary Mallgraf, Eileen Colandrea, Catherine Browne and Linda Burke (Charlie); and her grandchildren, Kenna, Selena, Sierra, Kelly, Erick and Brendon.
