He is survived by: his children, Guy Burkhart (Amanda Josef) of Williston Park, NY, Kara McMorrow-Kwallasser (Sean) of Highland Mills, NY, Alyssa Burkhart (Tim Loughran) of Cornwall, NY and Jenna Burkhart of Cornwall, NY.; his sisters, Jaye Burkhart (Chris) of Ausable Forks, NY and Jynel Nagle (Neal) of Kings Park, NY; his grandchildren, Braelan and Rowan; and the mother of his children Christine Burkhart. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
