He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Halayko and Eleanor Farrell Halayko. He is survived by: his children, Sean Halayko (Pam) of Middletown, NJ and Kristen Falasca (Joseph) of Highland Mills, NY; his siblings, Steven Halayko (Peggy) of Goshen, NY, Paul Halayko (Freda) of Sunnyside, NY and Mary Ellen Benedetti (Charlie) of Blooming Grove, NY; and his granddaughter Madison. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
