He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Gehler and Florence Sager Gehler; his sisters, Doris (Arthur McGinnis) and Catherine (George Emig); his nephew Michael Emig; and his brother Michael (Sharon Gehler).
He is survived by: his wife Nancy; and his daughters, Nancy Rogers (Mark) and Jean Sexton (Rome). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, friends.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 17th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Zygmunt-Murtie Funeral & Cremation Service (4 Oak St, Greenwood Lake, NY 10925). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, September 18th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 6:30 PM at the same location.
