It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joan Germaine Riley formerly of Monroe, New York, who passed away on July 22, 2023, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Sarah Jane (Bauer) and James Joseph Riley; and her siblings, James Joseph Riley, Jr., John Joseph Riley and Frances Riley Altemose.

She is survived by: her sister-in-law Phyllis Riley. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
