Smith of Monroe, NY, James A. Smith of Newburgh, NY, Jay A. Smith of Monticello, NY, Jan A. Smith of Suffern, NY and JoAnne Smith-Haggerty of Summerville, SC; and his pet Salem. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
