It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James F. Stark of Monroe, New York, who passed away on August 21, 2022, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his wife Evelyn; and his siblings, Thomas Stark and Carol Bailey. He is survived by: his brother Frank Stark (Mary); his daughters, Laura Stark, Karen Marotta (Pete), Christine Vilar (Manny) and LeighAnn Tully (Kevin); his grandchildren, Pete, James, Michael, Catherine, Patrick, Riley, Manny and Thomas; and his great grandchildren, Peter and Grace. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
