Foley of Monroe, New York, born in Bronx, New York, who passed away on April 3, 2023, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Matthew Foley and Mary Foley (Howley); his wife Agnes; and his brother Eugene Foley. He is survived by: his son Brian Foley (Jill) of Monroe, NY; and his grandchildren, Molly, Keller and Holden.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Lupus Foundation of America.
