He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Nora Kilgannon, Ann Chambers and Jim Chambers; his aunt Finola Chambers; and his niece Eloise Marie Shea.

He is survived by: his parents, James Chambers and Anne Chambers (Kilgannon) of Monroe, NY; his sisters, Noreen (Liam Ahern) and Tara (Wes Shea); his nephew Declan; his godchildren, Liam, John, Charlie, Ryan and Sloane; his aunts, Margaret Kelly and Clare McCartney (John); his cousins, Annmarie Kelly and Michael Teelan; and his pet Teddy.
