Perez of Monroe, New York, born in Mahanoy Plane, Pennsylvania, who passed away on February 5, 2022, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Yurchak and Nancy Yurchak (Balak); and her husband Hector. She is survived by: her children, Stephen Perez (Jennifer) of Phoenix, AZ, Patricia Cusimano (James) of Windsor, CT, Elizabeth Perez (Sanford Warter) of Monroe, NY and Diane Plonski (Jody) of Middletown, NY.. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
