He was predeceased by: his parents, Russel Gilligan and Veronica Gilligan (Farrell); and his brothers, Michael and James Gilligan. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Gilligan of Monroe, NY; and his sister Susan Schittone of Wayne, NJ.
