He was predeceased by: his parents, David Kogan and Betty Katz Kogan; and his brothers, Harold, Teddy and Norman.
He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Duncan Kogan; his daughters, Amy Silva (John) of Warwick, NY, Lisa Hawken (Brett) and NJ; his siblings, Stan Kogan (Sue) of Monroe, NY, Edie Cangelosi (Sal) and Dorothy Newman (Marty) of Highland Mills, NY; and his grandchildren, Olivia, Emma Silva, Avery, Lilly and Sean Hawken. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews & cousins.
