He was predeceased by: his parents, Winton Ruff and Agnes Ruff (Smith); his wife Mary Ruff; and his siblings, John Ruff and Joan Roe.
He is survived by: his daughters, Susan Seabrook (Nicholas), NJ and Colleen Weisgarber (Matthew) of Warwick, NY; and his grandchildren, Sadie, Bryce, Lucy, Ruby and Mason.
