Stewart Sr.; his wife Anna Stewart (Di Peri) of Monroe, NY; his children, Danny Stewart of Monroe, NY, Nicholas Stewart of Monroe, NY and Gabriella Stewart of Monroe, NY; his siblings, Kevin Stewart of Harriman, NY, Carl "CJ" Stewart Jr. (Patricia) of East Quogue, NY, Patricia Mazzella (Michael) of Goshen, NY and Mary Ellen Stewart of Highland Falls, NY; and his mother-in-law Agata Di Peri of Monroe, NY. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
