She was predeceased by: her parents, Alfonse Smaldone and Appolonia Ferrara Smaldone. She is survived by: her children, Mary Ann Cappola of Monroe, NY, Victoria Migatz (Bruce) of Port Washington, NY, James Cappola (Terrie) of Monroe, NY and Pat Cappola (Jackie) of Monroe, NY; and her grandchildren, Nicole, Jamie, Joanna, James and Joseph. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
