We are sad to announce that on October 8, 2020, at the age of 86, Elfriede E. Amend (Monroe, New York), born in Brooklyn, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Felix Muller and Sofie Muller; her husband Charles Amend; her daughters, Carol Lovell (John) of Delran, NJ, Laura Babcock (Bruce) of New Brunswick, NJ and Leslie McInerney (Brian); her grandchildren, Amy Lovell-Cao (Tony), Matthew Lovell, William McInerney and Emma McInerney; and her sister Lidi Reuling.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to either Hospice of Orange and Sullivan Counties, or the food pantry at the First Presbyterian Church of Monroe.
