He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Les, Marion Foshay, Walter Lutomski, Ann Koester and Carmen Paret.
He is survived by: his parents, Maureen Voelker (Robert) and Walter V. Lutomski (Michelle); his siblings, Troy Lutomski (Kelly) of Alyssa Voelker, A. J, Bella Voelker, Victoria Lutomski and Nicole Requena; and his grandparents, Robert, Patricia Voelker and Jene Paret. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
