He is survived by: his wife Camille Rivera Perez; his mother Judith Perez of Monroe; his children, Julian Morrison of Washingtonville, Mellinia, Yzabella and Kamilla Perez of Washingtonville; and his siblings, Junior "Mickey" Perez of Virginia Beach, Danny Perez of Houston, Texas, Dalila Perez Fernandez of Monroe and Christina Quinones of Goshen. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
