It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara Phillips (Monroe, New York), born in Endicott, New York, who passed away on April 17, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Beatrice Phillips (Lenrow) and Sidney Phillips; her daughter Karen; and her brother Richard. She is survived by: her daughter Linda; her son-in-law Lee Sigelow; her son Bruce (Helen Meyer); her granddaughters, Mira and Tali; her sister Joan Schroeder (Bill); her nieces and nephews, Jennifer, Deborah (Jon), David (Melissa) and Jake (Rebecca); and her husband Marcus H. Phillips.
