He was predeceased by: his parent Doris Rawls Ciaffone. He is survived by: his parent Anthony Ciaffone, Sr.; his sister Susanne Horaz; his sister-in-law Katrina Adams; his nieces, Christina Jones, Victoria Kendrick and Jacqueline Dushat; and his nephew Alexander Horaz.

The family has asked for memorial donations to the charity of one's choice.
