He was predeceased by: his parents, William Scott and Isabelle Collins Scott. He is survived by: his wife Kathleen M. Scott; his children, Colin A. Scott of Fayetteville, NC and Ashley E. Scott of Chester, NY; and his brother Thomas Scott of Rhode Island.
