She was predeceased by: her parents, Lyle Ruff and Ann Ruff (Billings); her husband Ronnie Miner; her children, Charles Miner (Nicole) of Winthrop and Yvonne Monroe (Blayne) of Massena; and her sister Helen.
She is survived by: her sister Lyla Chase of Potsdam. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 from 6:00 PM to 6:45 PM at the Flint Funeral Home (8 NY-95, Moira, NY 12957). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
Memorial contributions in Mary's honor may be made to the Massena Vol.
