He is survived by: his wife Connie; his sons, John Marshall (Kelly) and Paul Marshall of St. Albans, Vt.; his grandchildren, Harlan, Nathaniel, Faith, Hope and Isaiah; and his siblings, Patricia Chase of Liverpool, NY and Kenny Shantie of Brushton. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
