He was predeceased by: his mother Elsie Allen. He is survived by: his former wife Geraldine Henderson Finely; his wife Roberta Hughes Allen; his daughters, Lorraine Allen, Lisa Waters (Allen) and Linda Allen; and his grandchildren, Krystal, Kayla, Richard, Trinity and Tristan. He is also survived by two great grandchildren.
