He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvin Parker and Margaret Parker; his son Joseph Parker of Mohegan Lake, NY; and his sister Helen Hairsine of Bonham. He is survived by: his wife Doris Parker; his daughter Elisabeth Beardsley; his son-in-law Douglas Beardsley; his grandchildren, Shane, Travis Parker, Heather and Dalton Beardsley; his nieces, Laura Belcastro, Trish Sprague and Rhonda Johnson; his nephew Robbie Hairsine; and his friends, Jack, Raya Arisian, Gary, Jaquie Lesowitz, Marianne and Joe Picardi.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Smile Train.
