He was predeceased by: his son Wayne Bawolak; and his sisters, Linda Roemer and Lisa Bawolak-Hawkins. He is survived by: his stepmother Doris Bawolak of Mohawk; his brothers, Mike Bawolak (Steve Bawolak) of Edmunds and Barbara Bawolak; his significant other John Miller of Palm Bay; and his stepsiblings, Betty Marriott Norton, Roger Snell and Billy Snell.
