She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd N. Ford and Doris Ford (Boudry); and her husband Robert Leon Church. She is survived by: her sons, Robert Jr., Gary Slavin, David (Tina), Dale (Janice), Mark (Robin) and Michael Church of Mohawk; and her brother David Ford (Gloria) of Herkimer. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, many great-grandchildren, along with several nieces and nephews.
