He was predeceased by: his grandfather Archie McGraw. He is survived by: his wife Linda Clapper (Maine); his fathers, Dave Wilkins and Richard Clapper; his siblings, Amy Netti (Rick Potter) and David Wilkins (Karen Eissler); his children, Sascha Congdon (Ashley), Alexis McGovern (Kyle), Ashleigh Allen (Joshua) and Jarhett Clapper; his grandchildren, Brooklyn, Jameson and Lincoln; his nephew Cameron Platt; and his goddaughter Grace Netti. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
