He is survived by: his parent Lula Failing (Williams); his children, Tina Fort of Frankfort and Paul Failing of Little Falls; his former wife Donna Bailey of Ilion; his siblings, Don Failing (Mila) of Ft. Plain, Neil Failing (Mable) of Ft. Plain and Katherine Mosher (Howard) of Ft. Plain; and his grandchildren, Abigail Vail, Morgan and Brett Fort. He is also survived by his great grandchildren; many nieces, nephews and cousins.
