He is survived by: his mother Joanne Preston (Knout); his wife Pam; his children, Steven Preston, Anne Preston and Kimberly Preston; his siblings, Greg (Penny Preston), Gary Preston (Debbie Comstock), Kevin (Debbie Preston), Brad (Maria Preston), Robert Preston, Jodi (Tim Hill), Michelle (Mark Ashford) and Donna Preston; his parents-in-law, Penny, John VanBuren, Carol, Tim Moore, Kathy, Dale Barrett, Steven LaFountain, Kari James, Susan Burdick, Berri Shirley and Michelle; and his godchildren, Tammy Facemire, David VanBuren and Michael VanBuren. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
