He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Nancy Sousie Russell of Missouri and Donald K. Allen; his children, Kimberly Allen (Eric) of Waterford, Kenneth B. Allen, Jr. (Mandy) of Amsterdam, Konner Cooney of Troy and Karmin Cooney of Troy; his stepdaughter Rebecca Decker (Phil) of Worcester; his grandchildren, Makenzie, Jared and Phillip III; and his siblings, Rickey Allen, Kathy Allen, Holly Brewer, Crystal Curtis, Linda Allen and Donald Allen. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Fitzgerald Funeral Home (105 Vliet Blvd, Cohoes, NY 12047). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 at 5:00 PM at the same location.
