He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd M. Gay and Mary Gay (Teletnick); his son Wayne Gay; and his sister Cheryl Cook. He is survived by: his wife Donna M. Sanders; his children, Mary Terry of Ilion and Gary Gay (Rachel) of Little Falls; his grandchildren, Briana Terry, Shayna Terry, Jayden Manley, Sarah Phillips (Mace) and Gary J.; his great grandchildren, Mace, Grayson and Henry; his sisters, Connie Dunham of Ilion and Carol Gay of Ilion; his daughter-in-law Heather Gay; and his brother-in-law Stanley Cook.
