He is survived by: his significant other Blanche Hornberger (Plourde); his children, Sabrina Danna (Frank), Kelley Hawthorne (Scott), Stacy Clark (Woody), Cindy Kamppila (Steve) and Kris Hornberger (Allison); his grandchildren, Addison (Brittany), Garrett (Cassandra), Kendall, Lisa (Aneal), Kyle, Alex (Lindsay), Brandon (Alexandra), Jessia (Dave), Austin (Laura), Aubrey, Alaina, Rachel, Andrew (Genevieve), Olivia and Natalie; his brother Larry Hornberger (Tezelia); and his sister-in-law Annette Lilley. He is also survived by 9 great-grandchildren.
