He was predeceased by: his parents, George Price and Evelyn Price (Prue); his son Donald Price; and his brothers, Darrel, John and Danny Price.
He is survived by: his former wife Marjorie Doremus; his wife Marilyn Scranton (Randall); his children, Georgia Hecker (Mark) of West Winfield, Steven Price (Norman) of Rochester and Eric Price (Debbie) of Utica; his stepchildren, Deborah Colerick (Steven) and Michael Scranton (Kelly) of Durhamville, NY; his sisters, Beverly Maziarz (Richard) of Melbourne, FL and Eleanor Kutulis of Castle Rock, Colorado; his niece Lisa Nimey; and his nephew Ron Price. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, as an expression of sympathy, memorial contributions may be made to the Abraham House, 1203 Kemble St., Utica, NY 13501.
