She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Robert H. Wiegand; her parents, Robert M. Clarke and Elizabeth Clarke (Coale); her children, Kimberlie G. Kelly (Michael) and Sean F. Garvey (Dawn); her brother Sheffield C. Clarke (Meta Ann); her grandchildren, Audrey, Garrett, Ryan, Brendan, Christopher, Jess and Stacey; and her great grandchildren, Tyler and Zachary.
