She was predeceased by: her parents, Fritz E. Surtmann and Hilda Edel; her son Butch (Angie); her sister Margaret (late Ralph); and her husband Douglas Britton.

She is survived by: her son Gerry; her stepdaughter Lorraine Dunfield (Graham Carmichael); her sister Linda Rivkovitch (late Harry); and her former husband Gerry Paulson.
