He was predeceased by: his son Raymond Rankins (Elizabeth); and his brothers, Willis "Bill" Rankins (late June) and Ivan Rankins (late Nioga). He is survived by: his daughter Pamela Rankins Jouben; his grandchildren, Jason Rankins, Rachel and Abigail Jouben; and his brothers, Edwin Rankins (Wilma), Richard Rankins (late Dorothy), David Rankins (Mary) and Walter Rankins (Penny). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and the many friends.
