She was predeceased by: her parents, Peter Alois and Ada Marion Zoll Willis; and her brother Todd Peter Willis. She is survived by: her husband Todd Jay Harter; her children, Donald T. Harter (Jennifer A.) of Rochester and Heather D. Ritton (Michael D.) of Ilion; her siblings, Peter Michael Willis, Mary Ellen Bailey, Patricia Ann Davis of Mohawk, Kathy S, Lynn Ruth O'Brien of Little Falls and Gail Jean Tubbs of Little Falls; her sister-in-law Tina Willis; and her grandchildren, Rae, Alois, Madisen, Mackenzie, Camron, Leah, Charlie and Julia. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
