He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray I. Miner and Ruth Bronson Miner; and his siblings, Paul, Phil Miner and Patricia Rogers.
He is survived by: his wife Joan A. Harwick; his children, Christopher Miner of Mohawk, Phillip Miner of Mohawk, Karen Mason (Michael) of North Carolina and Melinda Lee Miner; his sister Marilyn Parker of Florida; and his grandchildren, Chad Mason, Matthew Mason, Leah Mason, Jon Miner, Ayden Miner and Logan. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
