He was predeceased by: his brothers, Willis, Edwin and Ernieand Ivan; his siblings-in-law, June Rankins, Dorothy Rankins, NiogaRankins, Jean Sterling, Bob Evans and Earl Pratt; his son-in-law John R. Baron; and his nephews, Ivan F. Rankins, Jr. and Shawn Rankins.
He is survived by: his wife Mary; his children, Kim Baron (John), Scott Rankins (Anita) and Todd Rankins (Joanne); his grandchildren, John Baron, Nathan Baron (Leslie), Krista Ellow, Jeremy Baron (Renee), Bernadette Gonzalez (Jeff), Jessica Moore (Kyler) and David Rankins; his great grandchildren, Jonathan, Evan, Noelle, Nathaniel, Gabrielle, Samuel, Mark, Luke, Krista, Brooke and Isabella; his brothers, Richard and Walter (Penny); and his siblings-in-law, Charles Sterling, Wilma Rankins and Nancy Pratt. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
