She is survived by: her children, Vita Klock (Ken), Lisa Hecox (Dale), Stacey Sementilli (John), Scott Entwistle, Barry Entwistle, Keith Entwistle (Kritsana) and Donald Entwistle, Jr. (Tammy); her grandchildren, Angela, Krista, Kenny, Kaleigh, Amanda, Zachary, Kristana, Johnny, Sierra and Chase; and her parents-in-law, Robert Entwistle, Shirley Edick and Sandy Marusic. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
