He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Charles Bilyou and Judy Bilyou (Baxter) of Modena; his son Devin Jimenez; his brother Jimmy; and his sister-in-law Bobbiejo Baxter of Newburgh. He was also cherished by one niece, 3 nephews and several cousins.
