He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Fowler and Mary Lou Fowler (Orsini); and his sister Christine Fowler. He is survived by: his sons, Justin Fowler (Brittney) and Cody Fowler of Modena; the mother of his children Lowquanis Fowler (Parker) of Newburgh; his stepmother Christine Fowler of Walden; his brothers, Alfred Fowler of Modena and Christopher Fowler (Jessica) of Walden; and his grandchildren, Kaden and Jolie. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
