He is survived by: his wife Karen Stewart Curtis; his children, Beth (Michael) of Minoa and Phillip (Erin) of Minoa; his sisters, Laurie Ware (Brian) of Nashua, NH, Bonnie Baker (Dale) of Binghamton, NY and Heather Curtis of Colorado; and his grandchildren, Connor of Cooper, AJ, Caleb and Phil. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
