She was predeceased by: her husband Clinton Vernon O'Shaughnessy, Sr.; her grandson Joshua Overend; and her siblings, Robert, Edwin "Buddy", Doris, Janice, Ruth, Marie and Diana.
She is survived by: her children, Penny O'Shaughnessy, Clinton O'Shaughnessy, Jr., Mary Ellen O'Shaughnessy and Marjorie Sherman; her sister Margie Babcock (Winfield); her grandsons, Clinton O'Shaughnessy (Lyndsay) and Jared O'Shaughnessy; and her great grandchildren, Aiden, Dominick and Angelina. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
