She was predeceased by: her husband Frank. She is survived by: her daughters, Mary Ellen Forkhamer, Bonnie Nee (Stephen) and Suzanne West (Stephen); her grandchildren, Amy Powers (Joshua), Kristen Pitzer (Paul), Jacquelyn Nee, Michael Nee and Jason West; her niece Dolores Pastuf (Dick); and her nephew Tom Costello (Donna). She is also survived by 10 great grandchildren.
